Building Rental Policy

Members may use the building for personal/social events at no cost, but are liable for any costs associated with misuse or damage to the building or equipment therein.

Members belonging to non-Society sponsored, non-profit groups who wish to encourage these groups to hold regular meetings or special events at the Meetinghouse may do so. The following fee structure applies to these non-profit groups:

$10.00	RE Classroom for each 4 hour period.
$25.00	Use of Sanctuary for each 4 hour period.
$35.00	Use of Fellowship Hall and Kitchen for each 4 hour period.
$75.00	For celebrations, speakers, conferences, special community programs. Includes use of Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall and Kitchen for each 5 hour period.

Non-profit groups or organizations seeking building use on a regular basis may be given reduced rental fees upon approval of the Board of Directors.

$10.00	RE Classroom for each 3 hour period.
$25.00	Use of Sanctuary for each 3 hour period.
$35.00	Use of Fellowship Hall and Kitchen for each 3 hour period.
$100.00	For celebrations, speakers, conferences, special community programs. Includes use of Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall and Kitchen for each 5 hour period.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to increase building rental rates when the building is used for commercial purposes where fees are charged to participants, or products are sold.

Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit is required for building rental. This deposit will be held and returned after the building has been inspected and the key has been returned. Cost to repair or compensate for damage to the building and/or property will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return. Individuals or groups renting the building are liable for all damages to building and/or property exceeding the amount of the security deposit.
